Q: Can I exchange my garment if it does not fit properly?
A: Yes, you can exchange your size if your garment is still in the same condition you received it: New, unworn (to try it on is not considered as wear), clean, tagged and in original package. An exchange form is enclosed in every package, please do not discard it before reading it all. Do not dettach nor discard any tag before making sure you don't need a size exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the garment does not arrive in the condition above described. Shipping and Handling in both directions is always at buyer's expense unless we find a mistake at our side was made. Q: I just gave birth. My postpartum girdle does not fit but the exchange date has expired.
