Exchange Policy:
Our size charts are pretty exact, please use a measuring tape before selecting your size, you may also contact us to determine your best size before ordering. We will gladly exchange your garment for another size and/or color when it arrives to us exactly as you received it: new, unworn, clean and fresh, with all tags attached to it and in the original packing. To do an exchange you just need to fill the Exchange Form, please find it enclosed in your package and do not discard it until you are sure you won't need it. Exchange S&H is always at buyer's expense.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. Federal Health regulations prevent us from exchanging any merchandise that comes in contact with male or females genitalia for your safety. No returns accepted with the exception of defective or wrongly shipped merchandise reported within 7 days of delivery, please inspect all garments immediately after received.
Refund Policy:
If we cannot provide the offered exchange of size or the item was lost in mail, then we might agree to a refund. Terms as below:
1. If your package is lost in mail and we verify that the tracking number does not show delivery
results after 21 days, we will ship your original order again.
2. When we are unable to provide the new size on exchange and we have advertised that size,
we wil gladly provide a refund minus shipping and handling fees.
3. No refunds without a previous arrangement.
4. Shipping and handling are not refundable on delivered orders.
5. A restocking fee of 20% applies unless we determine the liability is ours.
